Jay has a wide array of decades of professional experience, but his true expertise and calling lies in mentoring and in the deconstruction of thoughts and emotions that tend to plague us as humans. He has a gift to see beyond the body, the vessel, and identify the specific points of disconnect that exist within the illusion we all perceive as reality. He is not a "life coach" in the traditional or typical sense.
