Fifth Frequency is about balance and homeostasis in the deconstruction of the mind to free oneself from concepts and ideas. The goal of at the Fifth Frequency Studio is to bring balance to the minds of our actors by not teaching, but focusing on the unteaching to get down to the raw truth. Telling truth connects the actor more deeply to being present in the moment, allowing them the freedom of exploration in their character and given circumstance.
